1 General Provisions

3 Account Management
3.1 Security Responsibility
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You will be personally responsible for any activity carried out from your account, even if you claim someone else did it. 3.2 Updating Information

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your b58 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, or otherwise giving your account to a third party in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the b58 platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method. Deposited funds are generally added to your gaming balance within a few minutes. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your name and consistent with your deposit method. Funds will not be sent to third-party accounts.
4.3 Identity Verification and Withdrawals
Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. b58 will not be responsible for delays in withdrawal processing caused by delays in the identity verification process. b58 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Accepting this bonus requires fulfilling a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x). This means withdrawals can only be made after placing bets totaling 15 times the bonus amount.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
- A bonus offer applies only once per household, device, IP address, or payment account.
- b58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, b58 may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
- Winnings earned through a bonus must meet the wagering conditions before withdrawal.
5.3 VIP Program
b58's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). You can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. VIP benefits may change at b58's discretion.
6 Betting and Gaming
6.1 Finality of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, b58 will determine how that situation will be resolved.
6.2 Validity of Game Results
All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method. Results stored in the server logs will be considered final. Server records will apply in the event of any dispute.
6.3 Technical Errors
b58 will not be responsible for any losses caused by technical errors, software bugs, or disconnections. b58 reserves the right to void any winnings displayed as a result of an obvious error (such as an abnormally large amount).
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b58 platform:
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system.
- Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting").
- Playing games using automated bots or software.
- Fraudulent collusion or collaboration with other users.
- Registering with a fake identity or false information.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward other users.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate permanent account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Changes to Terms

11 Account Closure and Suspension

b58 may immediately close or permanently terminate any account for the following reasons:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Registration with false information.
- Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
